Work Experience: Sherry joined PW in 1992 and has specialized in premium receivable management / billing and collections. She joined Providence Washington's management team in 1999 as the Billing and Collections Supervisor.
Sherry has led the Billing & Collections department through two very successful system conversions. She has written all the Collections system and procedural manuals for the company.
Sherry is credited with controlling the company's write-offs to less than 1% of DWP. She also is responsible for reinsurance recoveries.

Education: Sherry attended the University of Rhode Island and is currently seeking a degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University.
