Steve has devoted 31 years to Providence Washington Insurance Company. During the past 10 years, he has specialized in claim file auditing and claim system management, including conversion planning, ongoing modifications and troubleshooting. Prior to that, Steve oversaw field claim operations in offices from Anchorage to Atlanta, supervising their major claims and monitoring performance management through the claim audit process. He was instrumental in developing PWIC's Claim Technical Manual and related Claim Review Program. Steve has
