Jeffrey S. Mack - Managing Partner & CEO
  
        

Jeffrey has over 25 years of domestic and international insurance and reinsurance industry experience. Prior to forming Providence Washington Insurance Solutions, Jeffrey was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Providence Washington Insurance Companies in 2004 and maintains these capacities today. In addition to these executive duties he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for PW Acquisition Co. and its three insurance subsidiaries, Providence Washington Insurance Company, York Insurance Company, and American Concept Insurance Company.

   Prior to joining the Providence Washington Insurance Companies, Jeffrey spent 18 years at Swiss Reinsurance in various senior management positions, the most recent being Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Financial Services Business Group. At the time of his tenure, this global business, with offices in Zurich, New York, London, and Tokyo, had over $1.5 billion in revenue and approximately 1000 employees. 10 of his 18 years at Swiss Reinsurance were spent living and working in Zurich, Switzerland.

Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Master Degree in Finance from Fordham University in New York. He holds a CPCU designation as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and the ARe designation as an Associate of Reinsurance.
