John joined Providence Washington in 2003, and since that time, has lead a major restructuring of the company's claims operation and has guided the company through a successful, solvent run-off. He was a key player in forming Providence Washington Insurance Solutions.

John has over 35 years of insurance claims experience in the aviation, medical, property, casualty and telecommunications industries in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

John received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Baltimore.
