Caroline has been with the company since 2000 and has played a key role in the successful run-off of Providence Washington Insurance Company (PWIC). She has held a number of roles at the company-including claims manager, examiner and trainer-and currently serves as the company's Vice President of Claims, overseeing the continued run-off of PWIC, while also servicing new customers and developing new business. | |||

claims, including automobile, general liability, property and workers' compensation. Caroline received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. She has also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations. She belongs to the Society of CPCU and serves as an instructor of AIC courses. She is also a certified Zenger-Miller Trainer. |
